The organizers dot not deal with accomodation (see with the accomodation provider)

Rendez-vous at the Rock'n Beer bar

- For Friday

Get your skipass at the skilift office with your ticket (do not forget to print it !)
Meeting place : arrival area of the gondola lift at Arrondaz (2200m) around 10:00am
During the day : ride at Valfréjus with video and picture shooing

For Saturday

Rendez-vous at 9:00am at Orelle (carpooling or taxi recommended ; 30 mn / 20 km)
Get your skippass at the skilift office
Pass Orelle/Val Thorens.
Extension Maurienne : Orelle - Val Thorens : 35.50 € ; Les 3 Vallées : 40 €
Noon : rendez-vous at 12:00pm in front of ESF office at Val Thorens
Open conference about "The future of Skwal" at the Salle du Thabor at 20:30pm

- For Sunday

Meeting place at the Place des Bettets in front of the gondola lift from 8:30am
Skipass will be given out by AES at the welcome table
Race numbers will be given out at the same place
Giant slalom : rendez-vous from 10:00am on the Piste du Col ; we will begin the race at about 10:30am ; final rounds at about 12:30pm
Skwal test centre Plateau d'Arrondaz (idem for Sunday)
Derby Punta -> Valfréjus : slope on 13km ; Rendez-vous at the restaurant La Punta Bagna at 4:30pm
Helmet is obligatory for Giant Slalom and the Derby
Price ceremony : after the Derby around 6:00pm at Place des Bettets (or at Salle du Thabor in case of bad weather)
Aperitif and buffet at the Maison du Thabor from 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Short skwal video Festival : at the Maison du Thabor from 9:00pm
